What better way to show your mum how much you appreciate her than with a delicious 3-course meal? Our mums put so much energy into looking after us, on Mother’s Day it’s time to return the favour.
Here at The Lion Hotel, we’ve created a delicious three-course Mother’s Day menu to delight. Across three courses, each dish is specially formulated to leave a lasting impression. What’s more, we’ll do all the washing up afterwards!
For just £28 per person, you and your family can enjoy a selection of starters, main courses, and desserts that are bursting with flavour. To start there’s a choice of spicy roast tomato soup (with mini cheddar dumplings), crab and cod fishcakes, mushroom and ricotta bruschetta or ham hock terrine.
For the main course, we’ve got an array of dishes that will appeal to every palate. From locally sourced Derbyshire roast beef to gorgonzola stuffed gnocchi, we offer a range of gluten-free and vegetarian options to keep the whole family happy.
And to top the whole thing off, we have our speciality desserts. We don’t like to brag, but we’re famous locally for our delicious puddings – and we won’t disappoint this Mother’s Day. On the menu, we’ve got sugar and spice and ALL things nice. Deserving mums can choose from white chocolate and lime mousse, classic tiramisu, peach and almond cobbler or an ice cream sundae.
