The needs of a conference or meeting are as individual as it’s topic. That is why here at The Lion Hotel our three conference rooms and a variety of extras can be built into a package to suit you and your needs. From pens and flip charts, to full three-course meals, we have a variety of packages to suit you.
Our Conference Rooms
The Lion Hotel has 3 wonderful conference rooms on offer that range from a smaller capacity of 21 in our Vaults room, to 40 in our Strutt room, and a large space to suit up to 120 guests in our Arkwright room. The layouts in each of these rooms is flexible to ensure that we can cater for the needs of your event. We also have a selection of extras available to ensure you have everything you need, including projectors, flip charts and an assortment of snacks and drinks.
We don’t want to confine you to one room if you are visiting in summer, we also have garden space available for you to break out of the room for activities.
Feeding Your Guests
We have a wide variety of options for lunch to break up your day. We have smaller sandwich or soup options available for during your meeting, or for a break, we have a number of buffet options available from basic sandwiches to vast selections. Our buffet options are designed for 30 guests and above.
For those who want to go all out to impress your guests, we offer a number of full three-course dining options. Available for parties of 16 and over these definitely boost the wow fact for your guests and are an especially great option if you have guests travelling from out of town.
A Room To Stay
The Lion Hotel boasts 22 freshly refurbished, luxurious en-suite rooms available. Each of our rooms is completely modern and include sky channels, tea and coffee facilities and complimentary toiletries. All stays also include a continental or full English breakfast.
