Many of us find that the year disappears before our very eyes. One moment it’s January, it’s raining, or we may have been lucky with a spot of snow, then we blink and it’s the height of summer. Just another blink of an eye and we have waved goodbye to summer, and we’re putting out the Christmas decorations!

Christmas at The Lion Hotel is the perfect time to get the cocktails on the go. While some cocktails have you feeling like you should be at the beach, others make you feel all warm and wintery!
Raspberry Bellini – Chambord, paired with the ever festive prosecco makes for the actual perfect Christmas cocktail.
Whiskey Sour – This winter warmer is ideal for Christmas drinks with friends. A cocktail without feeling like a cocktail.
Morgan Mule – a combination of Captain Morgans Spiced Rum and ginger beer, topped with freshly squeezed lime gives the spicy taste of Christmas.
A Spot Of Dancing
If you and your pals are planning to join us for the festive menu throughout December, and you love a spot of dancing, make sure to book a Thursday, Friday or Saturday evening!
Our dinner and disco will run throughout the whole month, starting at 7 pm all three nights. Enjoy your festive feast, your tasty tipple then get your groove on and dance the night away. Sounds great right?

We know how hard it is when you don’t want the night to end. With our disco being on until late, why not treat yourself to a night in one of our luxury, ensuite rooms?
